Harrison Allen

Biography

Harrison Allen entered military service with a keen sense of responsibility, distinguishing himself during the Civil War and later in service to the United States Army. His adherence to duty and fairness guided those he commanded, and he was noted for his thoughtful approach to leadership.

After a lifetime in uniform, he passed in 1904 and was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery, where the nation’s gratitude endures for his long and faithful service.
