Harry W. Hill

Biography

Harry W. Hill rose through the ranks of the United States Navy, dedicating himself to the protection of the nation and to mentoring those who followed in his footsteps. Fellow officers remembered him as a gentleman of steady resolve, one who valued duty and the esprit de corps of naval life.

He remained a respected presence among Naval Academy alumni until his passing, and the traditions he upheld are reflected in the reverent care of his gravesite at the Naval Academy Cemetery.
