Henry Sellon Boneval Latrobe

Biography

Henry Sellon Boneval Latrobe (1792–1817) was a young man whose life was cut short in his twenty-fifth year. Though his time was brief, he left an impression on those who knew him in the vibrant community of early nineteenth-century New Orleans.

He was laid to rest in Saint Louis Cemetery No. 1, one of the city's most historic burial grounds, where his memory remains among the generations of notable residents interred there.
