John H. Paty

Biography

John H. Paty was a person of warm conviction who took seriously the shared responsibilities of civic life. Whether through neighborhood gatherings or more formal efforts, he sought to build bridges and lift up the efforts that made the islands a better place for all.

His steady presence inspired respect, and his generosity invited others to take part in shaping the future. Today he lies at Oʻahu Cemetery, remembered for the inclusive spirit he brought to every endeavor.
