George D. Wise

Biography

George D. Wise, born in 1831, nurtured friendships and guided younger neighbors with wisdom drawn from a life lived through both prosperity and hardship, remaining ever mindful of the ties that bind a community together.

In 1906 he went on to rest at Hollywood Cemetery, his memory cherished by those who benefitted from his steadfast spirit.
